Why are you waiting to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior?
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9
The Lord delays His coming to give everyone plenty of time and opportunity to come to Him. But He will not delay forever. So why are you waiting? The Tribulation, described in Revelation chapters 6 through 19 will be a time of horrific suffering for unbeliever and believer alike, but especially for believers. So why are you waiting?
For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. Matthew 24:21-22
If you are saying that you will believe in Jesus if the Tribulation happens, you need to think about something. If you aren’t willing to commit to Jesus and take a stand for Him now when life is peaceful and safe compared to the Tribulation period, what makes you think you will commit to and take a stand for Jesus when doing so means you will not be able to buy food, gas, electricity or oil to keep warm and that you will be killed for refusing. So why are you waiting to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior?
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Revelation 13:17
and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; Revelation 20:4
Should you never accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, eternity for you will be worse than the Tribulation. So why are you waiting to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior?
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: Matthew 25:41
Again, why are you waiting?
